1. Platform Nature & Scope
Homestay4U operates as a curated classified showcase and inquiry coordination portal connecting independent homestay hosts, luxury villa owners, and travelers. Homestay4U provides a direct communication medium where guests can request availability, get verified custom quotes, and finalize bookings directly with the host without arbitrary middleman markups.
2. User Accounts & Verification
Users must provide authentic, current contact information during registration. Both travelers and hosts acknowledge that phone numbers and email addresses are used to transmit stay inquiries, confirmations, and security codes. Impersonation or fraudulent registration will result in immediate account termination.
3. Stay Inquiries & Direct Coordination
When a guest submits an inquiry through a property page, the requested dates, guest counts, and special requests are forwarded directly to the assigned host. The host reviews and responds with availability or a custom quote. While Homestay4U audits listings for authenticity through our Trusted Host review mechanism, final stay arrangements, house rules compliance, and check-in procedures are executed between the host and guest.
4. Host Listing Obligations
Hosts warrant that all listed photographs, amenities, room capacities, and pricing reflect accurate, live conditions of the property. Hosts agree to respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain active calendar dates. Homestay4U reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that fails to meet hospitality safety standards or receives verified guest complaints.
5. Guest Conduct & Property Care
Guests are expected to treat homestays and private villas with respect. Guests must adhere to individual property guidelines regarding maximum guest occupancy, noise restrictions, pet policies, and check-out timings. Any property damage caused by a guest remains the guest's legal responsibility toward the host.
6. Limitation of Liability
Homestay4U serves as the classified advertising and inquiry facilitation engine. While we curate verified listings, Homestay4U is not liable for personal injuries, property losses, or force majeure events occurring during a stay.
